Location: Kennesaw, GA
Assignment Duration: 90 Days (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (Credentialing timeline: 30 days or less)

Support Staff:
Collaborate with 4 other experienced physicians.
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are on-site but do not directly support the locums provider.
Patient Volume:

Manage an average of 18-20 patients per day.
Services Offered:
Well Visits
Annual Exams
Sick Visits
Sports Physicals
Vaccinations and Immunizations
Electronic Medical Records (EMR):

Epic system in use.
Travel and Accommodations:
All travel expenses covered, including flight, rental car, hotel, or mileage.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical care to patients across all age groups.
Perform routine check-ups, annual exams, and sick visits.
Conduct sports physicals and administer vaccinations and immunizations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Epic EMR system.

Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active and unrestricted medical license.
Prior experience with Epic EMR is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
