• Practice Setting: clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: ECW
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-20
• Procedures: bread and butter outpatient family medicine clinic. Highly prefer bilingual MD/SO

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Preferred: Family Medicine
• State License(s): FL
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 day
