3months with option to extend

• Schedule Details: Mon-Fri; 8 hour shifts

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: ECW
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-20
• Patient Age Group: 18+
• Procedures: Bread and Butter outpatient family medicine clinic

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d: No
• State License(s): FL
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1

Credentialing Timeframe: 30- 60 days
