Location: Found just 5 minutes from the state's capital, this opening is in a great location. It is apart of the Albany neighborhoods, it is directly across the Hudson River. With easy access to Albany and under 3 hours to New York City it is situated in a great area with low taxes and a lower cost of living. Facility: Outpatient that provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports, and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up. Opportunity: Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury, and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance, and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment. This practice also offers refugee health assessments in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health. Clinical social workers are onsite for consultation, assessment, and referrals.
