6mos initial -- Potential to extend longer
Highly prefer Local candidates, T+L is possible and will be considered
Shift options: M-F shifts 8-9; Saturday, Sunday and Holiday 9-5; variable shift days M-F 8 a.m. – 5 p.m
Expectation is 40 hours per week.
ages 18+
EMR: ECW
Support: Clinic administrator, medical assistants, front desk personnel, currently recruiting LPN/RN
Ramp up: Formal on-boarding and then peer mentorship with direct support from medical director

• T&L possible and will be considered
• 16 PPD
• M-F - variable shift days as long as 40hrs per week
