Specialty: Outpatient Family Practice
Start Date: ASAP- 1 week to credential
Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend. *prefer physicians who are open to working full time/perm later on.
Shift Details: M – F, 8:00-5:00
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
Patients per day: 20 PPD
Call Schedule: No
Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
EMR: AllScripts
Board Certification: Yes
State license required: Yes
Credentialing time frame: 1 week
Willing To License: No
Travel/Lodging: Prefer local candidates at this time
