Job Description:
Candidate must have 2+ years’ experience and be board-certified in Family Medicine
Phone-only call shared amongst a large call group.
Enjoy a new facility located in the heart of Greeley.
Be a part of building and establishing a new clinic.
Take care of patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this full-time position is $224,000-$249,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.

Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
Active CO license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
2+ years' experience in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
