Job description

Ideal start date: 10/1/2024
Contract length: 13 weeks (flexible)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5x8s, No OT
, Evenings may be required, Telephone on-duty calls are required
EMR: Epic
Patient population: adults or adolescents over 14 years old
Has to be okay with in-person or telehealth appointments
Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers or NCQA recognized patient-centered medical homes is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus
Work environment: exposure to infectious diseases

Requirements:
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
License Required: CA license required in hand
DEA: Required
BLS required
Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
