Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Locum Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our outpatient clinic in Crescent City, CA. This position offers a balanced schedule with a diverse patient population, allowing you to make a significant impact in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
Maintain a patient load of 18 patients per day (PPD), ensuring high-quality and efficient care.
Utilize Epic EMR for all patient documentation and record-keeping.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
Conduct regular follow-ups and patient education as part of ongoing care management.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Scheduled clinical hours only, no on-call duties
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California.
Proficient in the use of Epic EMR.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to see a minimum of 18 patients per day.
