Job description

• Primary Care FM
• As soon as credentialed. Must be able to commit to minimum 3-4 months, longer proffered
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Will cover T&L
• EMR: Cerner
• Patients per day: varied, about 18. 15 minutes with follow up patients, 30 minutes with new patients
• Support Staff: RN, MA
• Worksite Resources: Labs/X rays off site
• Reason for Coverage: busy clinic, coverage for physician who left
• Credentialing timeframe: 2-3 months
• Requirements: BE/BC in FM, active CA license
