Locations: Los Angeles Metro Area
2-3 days a week
20-24 pts/ day with a 25-30% no-show rate that brings their average to 18-20 pts/day
DEA, Medical, and either BLS or ACLS
BC or BE
California License
5 support staff per physician
1 designated MA for every physician
30-60 day credentialing so September or October
