Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Patients Per Shift: 9
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments for patients in the outpatient setting.
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, with a focus on Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.
Utilize the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to best practices, clinical guidelines, and protocols in delivering evidence-based medicine.
Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns, explaining treatment plans, and promoting health education.
Manage and prioritize scheduled clinical hours efficiently, ensuring optimal patient care and satisfaction.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification and eligibility in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.
Valid medical license in the state of California.
Proficiency in using Epic EMR system.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
