California Family Physician Need

Job description

· Board Certified - REQUIRED, will possibly consider truly BE (0-5 yrs of completion of residency)

· Active CA License - REQUIRED

· Clean malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED

· In additional submission details: Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity Facility - REQUIRED, Note at name clear

· COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED, note at name clear

Long term coverage for 6 months with option to extend!
Schedule: 40 hours per week / Preferably M-F 8 hr days / will also accept 4 days per week at 10 hours / No on-call
Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
Shift type: Hourly
Setting: Outpatient family practice
Family practice patients, some acute care walk in
Required Procedures: Joint injection, trigger point, preferred but not required
Types of cases: Chronic care, multiple complexity, high volume of diabetic, HTN, COPD, CHF
