Family Practice MD Needed in AZ

Job description

I have a client in Williams, AZ seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician for locum coverage starting as soon as possible. Please see a few details below:

3-month assignment with the option to extend

Schedule Details: M-F 9a-6p

Work Details:
· Facility Type: Clinic
· Patients per day: 15-20, outpatient
· Patient Age Group: all ages, mainly adult
· EMR: Athena Practice

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Board Certified
· License required: AZ license
· DEA: AZ DEA
· Certifications required: Covid Vaccinated
· Minimum experience required: 3 years

Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
