Job description

• 4 days per week in clinic, 1 day telehealth available
• M-F
• 8AM-5PM
• All ages
• BE/BC
• 15-20PPD. August is busiest month, up to 25-28PPD
• Staff: CMA, Office manager, Labs
• Highly pref. DOT and DEA, neither required.
• AL License required
• EMR: Greenway Primesuite (Training available)
• Travel and Lodging available
