BC FP Needed in Alabama!!!

Job description

· Start Date Jan 2021 estimated
· Board Certified Family Practitioner, and have successful completion of a Family Medicine residency
· At least 2 years of experience
· Patients per day- 10-12

Schedule:
-Monday- Friday 7a-4p with one hour unpaid lunch
-Potential of weekend/Holiday coverage in emergency situations. (incumbent worked 1 weekend and 0 holidays over 1 year time frame)

Qualifications to submit:
• CV with most recent experience
• any state license
• Certifications- Board cert, diplomas
• DEA
• NPDB report (needed, even if clean)
• 3 references with in last 12 months
• BLS, ACLS
