The State of Illinois is seeking a Physician Specialist (Family Practice) to join the team at the Ludeman Developmental Center in Park Forest, IL. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

As a Physician on an inpatient unit, you'll be responsible for evaluating individuals’ progress, directing treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met. You will serve as a key member of the medical team, coordinating care with other professionals, conducting physical exams, and providing on-call services.

💰 Salary: $168,840 - $232,140/year
🗓️ Opening Date: November 1, 2024
⏰ Closing Date: December 4, 2024
🕒 Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Family Practice Physician for the Ludeman Developmental Center
- Evaluate individuals' progress and oversee treatment
- Provide on-call physician services
- Collaborate with community-based providers for specialized care
- Actively participate in assigned committees and ensure quality care

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License
- American Board Certification in Family Practice
