General Dentist

Park Falls, WI

Fillings, Crown, Extractions, Patrials, Bridges – can refer out if not comfortable w procedure

Staff Makeup – 2 hygienist, 2 assistants, 2 front desk

PPD – Hygienist sees 16 total, Dentist will see 10 individually - 25 per day average

EMR – Dentrix Ascend

Schedule – m-th -7:15-4:30 one hour lunch
