Nurse Practitioner -Washington

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend

Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8-hour work day

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Details:
· Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Comfortable working with all ages.
· Not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus.
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
· Skills Required: Expected to hit the ground running. There will be a 1 week onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
· DEA: Active WA DEA required
· Certifications Required: This will be discussed at the time of credentialing. If any certs are required, the provider will be responsible for obtaining them. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
· Minimum Experience Required: MUST have a clean background. No malpractice will be considered.

MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in community health.

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 weeks
