Job description

• Provider will be in a trailer, provider physicals and possible injuries at the site.
• 10 hours a day; 5 days a week; Monday-Friday, they will not pay OT.
• Normally will see maybe 10 patients per day, might have days where you do not see any patients
• DOT is offered but not required
• Will cover T&L
• DEA is not needed
• 2 days of training
• Can start ASAP
• Opened to taking 2 part timers
• No splinting need; not really any suturing either
• 1-2 year experience
