FNP opening at IHS Government Facility - ANY LICENSE

Job description

Providing coverage in the Outpatient same-day clinic:
• Facility located in Belcourt, North Dakota
• 6-month contract, with the ability to extend coverage
- Anticipated timeframe to credential: 10 weeks
- Estimated start date: February (possibly late January)
• Work schedule:
- Shift schedule: 14 on/14 off rotation (some flexibility required due to coordinating schedules with the other 3 providers)
- Weekdays 9a – 6:30p
- Weekends 12p – 6p
 Provider will work roughly 125 hours per 14-day block (traditional Mon-Fri position is roughly 160 hours per month)
• Treating all ages
• Patient visits scheduled every 15-20 minutes
• Same-day walk-in appointments (coughs, fevers, rash, cold/flu, respiratory illness, etc.)
- No chronic care, No suturing or light trauma cases
• Any state license is acceptable
