NP and PA needed for Telehealth in New York

Job description

• FNP or PA
• Provider will be doing telehealth from CHC facility
• Sick/well visits, medication management, referrals, etc.
• Very quick visits, but lots of volume, 50+ patients/day
• 2 Days a week (Thurs & Fri) w/ possibility to become 5 days a week M-F
• 9a-6p / 8 hour shifts
• ASAP - Ongoing
• Must see all ages
• They have a 1:1 MA
• EMR: ECW
• Credentialing timeframe: less than a week
• Must have active license, DEA, and Medicare/Medicaid

• quick visits
• 2 days a week with the possibility of becoming 5 days
• less than one week credentialing
