Urgent Care/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Needed in Hawaii

Job description

• Setting: Clinic
• Daily Responsibilities: Providers will be doing same day care – occasional walk in if they have room on their books. Rashes, Coughs, URIs, Some Chronic Care such as Diabetes management or Blood Pressure management, Lacerations along with standard primary care such as colds, flu, etc.
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – Friday – 8 am – 5 pm
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: Estimated 20 Patients per day. Will work in basket work as well (Emails, Follow-ups, etc.).
• EMR: EPIC
