Job description

This job is open until a permanent provider is found. 30 day out will be exercised once perm provider is identified.
4 days per week in clinic
M-F
8AM-5PM
All ages
BE/BC
15-20PPD. August is busiest month, up to 25-28PPD
Staff: CMA, Office manager, Labs
Highly pref. DOT and DEA, neither required.
AL License required
EMR: Greenway Primesuite (Training available)
Travel and Lodging available
