Job description

- Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician
- Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management. They will consider providers for a minimum of 3 days/week if they are local and do not require housing. They maybe caring for same day walk in patients.
- EMR: EPIC
- License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
- Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered. MUST have minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

• Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
• be scheduled to see up to 18 patients. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced.
• Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
