2 Family Medicine NPs Needed in WA (will license)

Job description

Location: South Bend

Start: February

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Shift Details: 4 – 10-hour shifts, no call required

Schedule: Monday - Thursday

Work Details:
· Support staff: MD’s and other NP’s
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 – 10-hour shifts per week
· Patients per day:
· Patient population/age: all ages
· Hospital bed size: clinic coverage
This is a busy practice so we need someone that can keep up 😊

Practice Setting:
· Clinic/Private Practice

Requirements:
· Board Certification: required
· State license required

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Willing to License: Will consider
