Family Medicine NP & MD Needed in WA

Job description

FNP/ARNP/MD Needed in Spanaway & Ocean Shores, WA

13-week assignment

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend

Shift Details: 9a-6p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Saturday hours optional for OT rate.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Details:
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
· Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Flight, rental car or mileage and lodging.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
· DEA: Active WA DEA required

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
