Occ Med/FNP Needed in TX

Location: Arlington, TX

Length of contract: 12 weeks


• Start date: 11/18/24

• Coverage Type: LOCAL candidates only - 5 day/week 40 hrs

• Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm; No weekends or on-call requirements. closed for major holidays.

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: private on-site clinic catering to approximately 138 people.
• EMR/Charting Software: tbd
• Vaccines Mandatory?:
• Patient Age Group: adult
• Procedures: Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.
Urgent Care: Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries.

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: required
• State License(s): TX license required – clean licenses only
• Certifications: BLS and CPR preferred
• DEA Req’d?: yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks. Quick/low maintenance credentialing process
