Job description

Locum FNP/PA-C need in Coos Bay, OR - Client covers all travel expenses.

Facility: FQHC - Outpatient clinic

Background: Family Medicine

Credentialing: 3-4 weeks

Start: As soon as credentialed.

End Date: Feb/ March 2025 - Flexible

LOA: Looking for 3 - 6 month commitment

Work Schedule: M-F 8AM - 5PM - Admin time built into these hours. Client is also open to 4, 10's. They are extremely flexible with their schedule and will go over all of this in the interview.

Patient Volume: Only 10-11 PPD. They are very patient result oriented, the Provider will not be overloaded with patients.

Procedures: Full scope family practice. Basic bread & Butter PC, straight forward.

EMR: EPIC

License: Active OR is a MUST.

Additional Info: The Provider will have 2 MA's assigned to them, all the support they need and will not be overloaded with patients. They are looking for team players that care about patient results.
