Geriatrics NP Opportunity in Greensboro, NC

Specialty: NP Geriatrics
Start Date: September 16th or as soon as credentialed.
Contract Length: Until Perm provider is identified.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a – 5p

Work Details:
• Support staff: Nurses, LCSW, Case workers
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 80 hours per week. 1 due to provider leaving and one due to growth
• Patients per day: 1-6/7 (can fluctuate depending on severity of patients illnesses/meds etc and how much time they need to spend with them
• Patient population/age: 55 and older able to live safely in the community.
• EMR: True Chart

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC – will look at Non boarded but want reasoning for boards lapsing.
• License required: NC – due to time frame MUST be NC licensed. valid NC driver’s license
• Certifications required: Experience caring for elderly and in good standing and enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 -45 days
