Peds NP/FNP Needed in AZ (Moblie)

Job description

I have a client in Flagstaff who's looking for an experienced Pediatric NP or FNP for locum coverage starting as soon as possible. Here are some of the job details.

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Location: Flagstaff, AZ (and surrounding towns)

Specialty: FNP or NP with Peds experience

Schedule: Provider will be able to schedule out available days a month of more in advance, but looking for 4-5 days/week

Work Details: In-home Well Child Visits
• Patients per day: Goal of 4-6 Assessments per day,
• Department Description: Provider will ideally receive scheduled visits 1 week in advance. Homes will be scheduled as close together as possible for any given day.
• EMR: Athena
• Skills Required: At least 1 year of experience conducting child wellness visits

Requirements:
• License Required: AZ NP. NEEDS to be AZ Medicaid certified (Health Choice preferred)
