EM Physician needed in WV

Job description

Location: Grafton, WV

13 week assignment with the option to extend

Start Date: August 16th

Shift Details: 24 hours 8a to 8p, could do 12’s if we can find 2 candidates to make up a 24-hour shift

Schedule: 8/16, 8/18, 8/20 and 8/31 (approximately how many shifts per month will be needed)?

Work Details:
· Support staff:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: The above dates are the only times I know right now. Will know about additional dates when the next schedule comes out.
· Patients per day: 12-15
· Patient population/age: all ages
· Department description (trauma level, etc): 5 bed ER (not normally trauma but possible)
· EMR: CPSI
· Hospital bed size: NA – won’t be working on the acute care unit
· Special procedures:
· Skills required: ER skills including intubation and sutures
· State license required: WV
· DEA: yes
· Certifications preferred: POWS-ATLS
· Certifications required: ACLS
· Minimum experience required: Preferer 6 months

Credentialing Timeframe: We will work on getting temporary privileges ASAP
