MD/DO: 3 physician shifts
NP/PA: 2 APP shifts

Shift Times:
Physician Shifts: 6 AM - 4 PM, 12 PM - 10 PM, 8 PM - 6 AM
NP/PA Shifts: 9 AM - 7 PM, 3 PM - 1 AM
Annual Volume: 31,000 visits

Patients Per Day: 85
EMS Percentage: 13%
Admitted Patients Percentage: 25%
Trauma Level Designation: Level IV

ED Beds & Fast Track Beds:
Total Beds: 20
Fast Track Beds: None
Hallway Beds: 4 (when needed)
ICU Beds: 12
EMR System: Meditech Expanse

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days after application submission
