About the clinician's workday
The clinician must be ABEM-certified. ACLS and ATLS procedures are required. The clinicians would be working shifts including 6am-2pm, 9am-6pm, 1pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-10pm, and 9pm-6am.

- Case load/PPD: rounding 1.95 PPH; 28 daily admissions
- Support staff: 32 hours of APP coverage per day
