Job description

• Start date: Asap
• Support staff: One APP available - mid-day shift. Multiple consult services available on-site
• Schedule Details: 7a-7p and 7p-7a. The shifts would alternate based on the site’s need and when the provider is available
Work Details:
• Facility Type: Hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: Paragon
• Avg. Daily Census: 5-6.
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC/BE - Will consider ABEM, FM, and IM providers
• State License(s): PA License
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• Years of Experience Req’d: 3
