• Support staff: One APP available - mid-day shift. Multiple consult services available onsite
• Facility Type: Hospital - Not a trauma center
• EMR/Charting Software: paragon

Requirements:
• State License(s): PA License
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• Years of Experience Req’d: 3
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• 7a-7p and 7p-7a. The shifts would alternate based on the site’s need and when the provider is available
• AVG number of admissions per day and night: 5-6. AVG Census per day/night: 52. Annual volume: 19,500
• BC/BE - Will consider ABEM, FM and IM providers
