Shift Schedule: 5x8 Night Shift
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: We are in need of one provider to cover 3-6 shifts per month starting in January. They MUST be willing to do night shifts as that is the majority of our need right now. We won't consider a day shift only provider

· Department description: Trauma Level 3 Facility

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active OR License
· Certifications required: ATLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
