Facility Coverage 24 hours physician coverage with 12 hours NPPA coverage

Merit Badge ATLS/ACLS
Night Call Requirement N/A
Shift Times MD - 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Experience EM experience with 2 years case log
Facility Specific Notes Current MI license and DEA; Clean file required
