Job Title: Locum Physician Emergency Medicine

Practice Setting: Inpatient
Board Status: Certified ad Eligible
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Responsibilities:
Provide emergency medical care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
Conduct thorough assessments and examinations to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient encounters, treatment plans, and other relevant information.
Participate in scheduled clinical hours to meet the healthcare facility's coverage needs.
Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Requirements:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Michigan.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system.
