The position involves 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM, providing solo MD coverage with midlevel support during peak hours. The provider must be comfortable treating patients of all ages and hold an active KY license and DEA. BC/BE in any specialty with ER experience is required, along with active ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications. Travel and lodging are included, with the EMR system being Epic. Credentialing can be completed in less than 30 days for temporary privileges and 60-90 days for full privileges.
