Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in Ukiah, CA

Job description

Start Date: ASAP (once credentialed)
Length: Ongoing until perm needs are filled
Schedule: 9 hr shifts
Minimum Shifts Req: 6-10/mo
EMR: Cerner
Board Certification: ABEM, will consider FM with emergency medicine experience for some locations
License: Active CA
Setting: Hospital ED – Provider will be scheduled at 1 location for each assignment

Presentation Requirements: 2 references and interview availability
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 Days (all through the same health system)

· Location 1: Ukiah, CA
· Est. Annual ED visits: 32,850/year
· Est. Daily ED visits: 90 patients seen per day
· MLP Coverage: 1 Midlevel Practitioner
· Board Certification: ABEM only
· Specialty backups available

· Location 2: Fort Bragg, CA
· Est. Annual ED visits: 10,950/year
· MLP Coverage: no Midlevel Practitioner
· Board Certification: ABEM is preferred, Family Medicine accepted with ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications

· Location 3: Willits, CA
· Est. Annual ED visits:14,600/year
· Est. Daily ED visits: 40 patients seen per day
· MLP Coverage: No midlevel coverage
· Specialty backups available
· Board Certification: ABEM is preferred, Family Medicine accepted along with ACLE, ATLS and PALS certifications
