Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in CA (Float-3 locations)

Job description

Location: Willits, Fort Bragg, & Ukiah, CA

Start Date: ASAP (once credentialed)
Length: Ongoing until perm needs are filled
Schedule: 9 hr shifts
Minimum Shifts Req: 6-10/mo
Shifts needed: 25/mo
EMR: Cerner
Board Certification: ABEM, will consider FM with emergency medicine experience for some locations
License: Active CA
Setting: Hospital ED – Provider will be scheduled at 1 location for each assignment
Presentation Requirements: 2 references and interview availability
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 Days (all through the same health system)
