Location: St. Mary's, PA

Start Date: 01/13/2025

Contract Length: 12 Weeks

Shift Details: 3 x 12 or 4 x 12 (7 x 12 split between 2 providers)

Schedule: Monday – Sunday; 10A – 10P

Work Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 7 x 12
• Patient population/age: All Ages
• Department description: Emergency Medicine
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 163
• Special procedures: N/A
• Skills required:

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, Emergency Medicine (NCCPA required)
• State license required: Yes, State of PA (Willing to consider licensing)
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
