Shift Information for Sales Ops: Please build 20 shifts/month, Feb/March/April

More Information: NP Requirements Summary: Active State NP License & DEA (with KY address) Board Certified- Family Practice- AANP or ANCC, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, Moderate Sedation, Diagnostic and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke, CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, TB/FLU *Must take in person EMR Training prior to first shift- PCC Coordinates
