Qualifications
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• State License- Florida
• Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 7
• Clinicians are expected to cross-credential a surrounding sites
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval

• 8a-4p
• 4p-11p
• Call: 4p-7a, not required for DX

• 120 day average credentialing time. Temp privileges available
• Daily DX Volume: 70-80 RVUs
• % of Modality Split: 35-40% XR, 35-40% CT, NM 20-30
• IR onsite, helping with reads
• Average # of cases per Rad per day: 100-120 studies
• RVU Expectations: 10 per day
• Bed size: 204
• EMR: Meditech
• Voice Recognitions and PACS: Dolby
