Acute Care APP needed in Chicago, IL! Willing to license! $130/hour +Travel and Lodging covered!

Job description

Specialty: Acute Care - APP
Start Date: 11/01/2024
Contract Length: 35 Weeks
Shift Details: 3 x 12
Schedule: Night and weekend shifts (7P-7A) 3x12 with the ability to work at least one weekend per month. No call required. Will consider Day shifts, as well, if the APP only wants days but primarily if they have HEAVY transplant or MedSurg experience
Work Details:
• Support staff: TBD
• Amount of coverage needed per month: (3) 12-hour shifts per week
• Patients per day: 20 – 25
• Patient population/age: Adults (18 – 70)
• Department description:
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital bed size: 811
• Skills required: Kidney and liver care. SICU & Transplant experience. Greatly preferred. Post Transplant care and intensive monitoring. Will rarely be involved in pre-transplant care prior to transplant surgery.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, Acute Care (will accept Critical Care and/or Transplant)
• State license required: Yes, State of IL
• DEA: TBD
• CSR: TBD
• Certifications preferred: BLS, ACLS
• Certifications required: N/A
• Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

• No on call
• 13 weeks with option to extend
