Acute Care APP Needed in IL

Location: Chicago

Start: December

35 week assignment with the option to extend

Shift Details: 3 x 12

Schedule: Night and weekend shifts (7P-7A) 3x12 with the ability to work at least one weekend per month. No call required.

Work Details:
• Support staff: TBD
• Amount of coverage needed per month: (3) 12-hour shifts per week
• Patients per day: 20 – 25
• Patient population/age: Adults (18 – 70)
• Department description:
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: Kidney and liver care. SICU & Transplant experience. Greatly preferred. Post Transplant care and intensive monitoring. Will rarely be involved in pre-transplant care prior to transplant surgery.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, Acute Care (will accept Critical Care and/or Transplant)
• State license required: Yes, State of IL
• DEA: TBD
• CSR: TBD
• Certifications preferred: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
