Are you an experienced food services professional looking to make a real impact? The Division of Mental Health in Rushville is seeking a Dietary Manager II to oversee food service operations at our Treatment and Detention Facility.

As a Dietary Manager II, you’ll be the driving force behind meal planning, food preparation, and dietary supervision for individuals in care. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team, implement nutrition programs, and ensure top-notch food safety standards!

Salary: $5,952 - $8,539/month ($71,424 - $102,468/year)
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
Location: 17019 County Farm Rd, Rushville, IL 62681

🔑 Qualifications:
4-year degree in dietetics
2+ years in large-scale food service management
Food Safety Certification (FSSMC/CFPM)
