Community Mental Health Clinic in Central Kane County looking for experienced fully licensed Clinical Manager.

TriCity Family Services, a private not-for-profit community mental health center, is seeking a Fully Licensed Clinical Manager to manage utilization review, quality assurance and supervise Clinical Staff. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years post licensure supervisory experience, excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Licensure in the State of Illinois LCSW/LCPC
Master’s degree in mental health discipline, plus five years post-degree experience in a mental health setting-preferably Community Mental Health
Supervisory experience
Sensitivity to, and respect for, cultural differences
Sound knowledge of the behavioral dynamics of individuals, groups and Family Systems Theory
Working knowledge of DSM V-TR
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

Performance Requirements

Provides mental health assessments, treatment plans and therapy, assists in training and clinical supervision, assumes responsibility for Quality Assurance reports; Manages the Utilization Review Team; Participates in community presentations; Participates in networking efforts with other area service providers

Education

Master’s degree in a mental health discipline (Required)
