- Schedule: Monday - Friday: (8a - 4p)
- Setting: Office / Outpatient Clinic
- Ages: 18+
- Avg 14 patients per day
- Seeing general neurology cases
- Support staff: 12 physician's & 4 APPs, 2 MA & 2 Front desk personnel

• Monday - Friday (8a - 4p)
• No weekend / no call
• Expediated credentialing available
